At La Vie en Rose Ltd, we believe that care is about more than supporting daily needs — it’s about helping people live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Recently, our dedicated team members Gosia and Idico supported Janette on a very special trip to London to see Josh Groban perform live at The O2 Arena.
This was something Janette had been looking forward to for a long time. She had followed updates closely and hoped for the chance to attend one of his concerts in the UK. When the opportunity finally came, she was absolutely delighted.
Behind this successful trip was careful planning and teamwork. Our staff organised everything well in advance to make sure the day would run smoothly. Travel, parking, timings, and all essential items — including medication, food, and comfort supplies — were prepared ahead of time. Every detail was considered to ensure Janette felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed.
On the day of the journey, the team followed a well-structured plan. Regular stops were arranged to support Janette’s wellbeing, allowing time for rest, hydration, and medication. Throughout the trip, her comfort remained the priority.
Even when small challenges arose, the team handled them calmly and professionally, ensuring there was no disruption to Janette’s experience.
The concert itself was a wonderful success. Janette truly enjoyed the performance and returned home feeling happy, fulfilled and full of positive memories.
We are so grateful to our staff Gosia and Idico for their care, dedication and hard work. Their effort made this special trip possible and shows the difference our team makes every day.
At La Vie en Rose Ltd, we are committed to creating opportunities that bring joy, independence and meaningful experiences to the people we support.
This journey is a wonderful example of our commitment at La Veine Ros Ltd to person-centred care — supporting not only physical needs but also dreams, passions, and life experiences.
