La vie en Rose - Elderly and disabled care service

With Scandinavian employment model

The idea for the company came when we found that nursing homes are incompatible with our notion of support. We are now the only company in the UK in care business that uses the Scandinavian employment model. Our care workers are truly valued and treated as a part of a family.

We are here for the people

Care for you is an honor for us

Our tradition is to care at home. In our countries people close to us remain in their households. Giving our elders care we pay off a debt of gratitude for the help we received from them throughout our lives.

With us, no one is left alone and abandoned.

Respect for you and excellence in our work is the foundation of our business. We work in harmony with clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), continuing healthcare (CHC) teams and local authorities to arrange and deliver packages of person-centred care across Gloucestershire area.
