World Mental Health Day – 10th October 2023

Modernisation of our care services.
“World Mental Health Day will always remind us that mental health must not be ignored but always must be handled with care.”
Today, we mark World Mental Health Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues and advocating for positive change in how we approach mental well-being. The theme for this year, as set by the World Health Organization (WHO), is “Mental health is a universal human right,” emphasising the importance of ensuring mental health for all.
Let’s use this day as an opportunity to educate ourselves, raise awareness, and take actions that promote and protect mental health as a fundamental human right. It’s crucial to remember that mental health matters, and it’s okay to seek help when needed.
